Function Unit Introduction:In Technical, we are responsible for end-to-end manufacturing to provide reliable and quality products for our customers. In Greater China Region, we operate 26 factories and institutions. Our functions include Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Product Development, Manufacturing Excellence, Digitalization, Supply Chain Management, Finance and Control, etc. The vision of Nestlé's Technical Team is to win the trust of consumers and business partners through efficient, agile, and high-quality services, becoming an industry benchmark.Job Description:You will have a 2-year job rotation in head office and different factories to gain diversified exposure, business insight, knowledge and hands-on experience. Specific rotation Plan will be carefully designed and tracked for each Technical Trainee. 1. Factory Phase: 3-6 months rotation at factory to understand frontline operation and manufacturing process.2. Project Phase: 6-9 months participation in special projects / assignments under the mentorship of senior leaders to gain professional knowledge of project management methodologies, data analytics and manufacturing standards, etc. 3. Position Phase: work as an independent role in a factory for 12 months to gain practical experience and prepare for landing. Required Qualification:1. Full-time fresh graduate with master’s degree or above in Engineering or Food Science related major.2.
